                                  ...Sigiriya...          Sigiriya is one of the most famous historical places in Sri Lanka. Sigiriya is located in the Central Province of Sri Lanka. It was built by king Kashyapa in the 5th century. He chose this rock to build his palace and fortress. One of the most attractive features of Sigiriya is its frescoes. These ancient paintings of beautiful women, drawn on the rock walls. Sigiriya is now a UNESCO world heritage site and attracts many tourists from around the world. Sigiriya is a wonderful place that shows the beauty and greatness of ancient Sri Lanka. 

                       ...AI  Technology...         AI ( Artificial Intelligence ) is the science of making machines and computers think and learn like humans. It can solve problems, understand language and recognize images. AI is used in health, transport, finance and daily life. It saves time and works faster. It may also cause problems like job loss, privacy issues and unfair decisions if not used carefully. AI is a powerful technology that is changing the world and will continue to affect our lives in the future.

                                  ...The Universe...                       The universe is everything around us. It includes the sun, the moon, stars and all the planets. It is very big and beautiful no one known exactly how big the universe is because it keeps expanding. There are eight planets in the universe, and they are Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune. We live on the planet Earth. Our Earth is part of the Milky way galaxy and there are billions of stars in the universe. The universe is full of mystery. Even today, many things about the universe are still unknown. 

                                                                                                ...The  Butterfly...                  The butterfly is a beautiful insect. It has colorful wings and flies from flower to flower. Butterflies drinks nectar from flowers. They come in many colors like blue, white, yellow, green, orange, red, and black. Butterflies are found is garden and parks. The life of a butterfly starts as caterpillar. Butterflies are harmless and look very cute. I love butterflies because they are colorful and peaceful. 

                                    ...My  Ambition...                                     Everyone has an ambition in life. My ambition is to become a dancing teacher. Dancing is my favorite activity and it is very important in my life. I love music and dancing because they make me feel relaxed and joyful. I want to learn many kinds of dances and improve my traditional dancing skills. My dream is to teach dancing to children and help them understand our culture and traditions. I will work hard and practice every day to achieve my ambition. I believe that I can become a good dancing teacher one day. 

                                                                                    ...Sri Lanka Forces...              Sri Lanka Forces play an important role in protecting our country. The main forces in Sri Lanka are the Army, Navy and Air Force. The Sri Lanka Army protects the land Lanka. Navy guards the sea and prevents illegal activities such as smuggling and illegal fishing. The Sri Lanka Air Force protects the airspace and help during emergencies. They are responsible for maintaining peace and security of Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka forces are brave, disciplined and hardworking. Many soldiers gave their lives to protect the nation. Sri Lanka Forces are heroes of our nation. We should always respect and appreciate their service. 

                                                          ...The Olympic Games...           The most famous sports competition in the world is the Olympic Games. The Olympic Games are held every four years. The first Olympic Games were held by the Olympia in Greece. The Olympic flag has five interlaced rings on a white background. These rings are blue, yellow, black, green, and red in color. They represent the five continents, Europe, Asia, Africa, America and Australia. Today, both men and women can take part in these games. Olympic Games the winners are given medals. There are three types of  medals. There are three types of medals. ( Gold / Silver / Bronze ) In conclusion, the Olympic Games are an important global event that celebrates sports, friendship and peace among nations. 

                                              ...How I Spend My Free Time...                                                                                                       Free time is very important everyone's life because it helps us relax and refresh our minds. One of my favorite activities in watching movie. I also like listening to music and sometimes I dance when I hear my favorite songs. Listening to music and dancing make me feel relaxed and happy. Another thing I enjoy is watching nature. I like see beautiful butterflies and birds in the garden. It makes me feel clam and peaceful.  On weeken...

                                                                                                          ...Sri Lankan Animals...                 Sri Lanka is a beautiful island with many different kinds of animals. One of the most famous animals in Sri Lanka is the elephant. Sri Lankan elephants are large and strong, and many tourists come to see them. Leopards are also special animals found in Sri Lanka. There are many other animals such as monkeys / deer / crocodiles / and different kinds of birds in Sri Lanka. They live mainly in jungles and national parks. It is our responsibility to protect these animals and their natural habitats. We protect the beauty and richness of our countr...

                             ...Poson  Festival...       Poson is a very important religious festival for Buddhists in Sri Lanka. It is celebrated in June every year on a Poya day. Because it is on this day that Buddhism was introduced to Sri Lanka. Arahat Mahinda Thero introduced Buddhism to king Devanampiyatissa at Mihintale. On poson day, many Buddhists visit temples and sacred places to observe religious activities and listen to sermons. Houses and streets are decorated with lanterns and lights. People also organize dansal to give free food and drinks. This shows kindness, generosity and sharing among people. The poson festival reminds people about the importance of Buddhism and its teachings. 

                        ....Vesak  Festival...         Vesak is a most important religious festival for Buddhists. It is celebrated to remember the birth, enlightenment and passing away of Gautama Buddha. It is celebrated in May every year on a Poya day. On Vesak day, people go to temples and offer flowers and light oil lamps. Houses and streets are decorated with Vesak koodu and colorful Pandals. People organize dansal to give free food and drinks to everyone. This shows kindness, generosity and sharing among people. Vesak is a special and meaningful festival for Buddhists.

Water is our lifeblood....                    Water is one of the most important natural  resources on Earth. All living things need water to live. Humans, animals and plants cannot survive without water. We can live for few days without food. But we can't live without water. We drink water to stay healthy. We need water for our daily activities like bathing, cooking, washing etc. Farmers need water to grow crops and produce food. Plants also need water too. River, lakes and seas are homes for many fish and other living creatures. Water is very important for life. That is why we say water is our lifeblood....
