                   ...Importance of English... English is an international language. It is used all over the world either as the first language or a second language. English helps people to communicate with others from different parts of the world. It is widely used in education, business, science and technology. Learning English gives us more opportunities. It helps us to get good jobs and continue higher education. English is also important for using the internet. In conclusion, English is very important in our daily life. Therefore, everyone should try to learn English. 

                     ...Dalada  Maligawa...  The Dalada Maligawa, also known as the Temple of the Tooth, is one of the most sacred places in Sri Lanka. It is located in the city of Kandy. This temple is important because it houses the sacred tooth relic of Lord Buddha. Ever year, a famous festival called the Esala Perahara is held in Kandy. During this time, the sacred tooth relic is carried in a grand procession with dancers, drummers and decorated Elephants. Many Buddhists from all over the world come to worship at this holy place. The Dalada Maligawa is a very important and beautiful place. It is a symbol of Sri Lanka's culture, religion and history. 

               ...The T.V. and children... Television is a popular source of entertainment in many homes. T.V. The world is changing day by day. Children like to watch tv because it shows cartoon, movies, and interesting programs. It can be both useful  and harmful for children. T.V. can help children learn new things. Educational programs tech good habits, language skills and general knowledge. However, watching too much T.V. is not good. It can affect children' s studies and health. T.V. useful children watch it in a proper way.
