            Sri Lanka Forces play an important role in protecting our country. The main forces in Sri Lanka are the Army, Navy and Air Force. The Sri Lanka Army protects the land Lanka. Navy guards the sea and prevents illegal activities such as smuggling and illegal fishing. The Sri Lanka Air Force protects the airspace and help during emergencies. They are responsible for maintaining peace and security of Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka forces are brave, disciplined and hardworking. Many soldiers gave their lives to protect the nation. Sri Lanka Forces are heroes of our nation. We should always respect and appreciate their service.
