             My country is Sri Lanka. It is called the 'Pearl of the Indian Ocean.my country is  natural beauty and rich culture country. My country has green forest, golden beaches, mountains, rivers, streams and waterfalls. Sri Lanka has a long history, a proud cultural heritage and ancient historical runs to see.
                   They are several communities in my country. That is, Sinhalese, Tamils, Muslims, Burghers. This is an agricultural country and its tea is famous all over the world. My country is still a developing country. I love my country very much.

                     ...Dalada  Maligawa...  The Dalada Maligawa, also known as the Temple of the Tooth, is one of the most sacred places in Sri Lanka. It is located in the city of Kandy. This temple is important because it houses the sacred tooth relic of Lord Buddha. Ever year, a famous festival called the Esala Perahara is held in Kandy. During this time, the sacred tooth relic is carried in a grand procession with dancers, drummers and decorated Elephants. Many Buddhists from all over the world come to worship at this holy place. The Dalada Maligawa is a very important and beautiful place. It is a symbol of Sri Lanka's culture, religion and history.
